Return policy

Returning or exchanging products can happen till 30 days after your purchase. When you choose to return your product, you can choose between a voucher, a refund or another product. Should you choose the latter, any difference in price would be charged or refunded. The refund will be transferred within 7 days after the product has been received by Birdie's Fashion. If you choose a refund, this will always be issued back to your original payment method.

Instructions for returns:

1. Fill out the "return form" at the bottom of this page.
2. Wait until the return label is sent to you by email.
3. Pack up the product(s) in the original package.
4. Make sure that the barcode is clearly visible.
5. Send the package back by mail.

Returning items is not possible when:

• The products were bought over 30 days ago.
• The products are damaged or have been worn.
• Purchased with a voucher or discount code.
• Products are returned without original labels.
